What to Know About the Halloween Show
The October 31 date has prompted discussion about concert traffic and trick-or-treating in the surrounding neighborhood. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Atlanta News First report that the Chastain Park Civic Association asked for the Halloween concert to be moved because of safety concerns related to traffic and families walking in the area. City officials confirmed it could not be rescheduled.
Atlanta News First also reported that the association met with Live Nation and police to discuss a safety plan that includes extra security, traffic control, and signage. Both Steve Lacy shows remain scheduled.
The venue advises guests attending Saturday's show to plan for extra time and increased pedestrian traffic. Its Halloween event information includes road and parking details. Check the venue's updates before traveling.
